Teresa McGlothlin

Glass Cat Studio is the moniker I adopted to share my mosaic work online. Specializing in stained glass mosaic art and mosaic jewelry, Glass Cat Studios offers only one of a kind pieces with the philosophy that art should be affordable. My mosaic catalog can be found online or at arts and crafts fairs across the state.

Biography

I am a self-taught mosaic artist living in Gauley Bridge, WV. After becoming a mother and hanging up my musician shoes, I explored every art form I could get my hands on. My love affair with glass began after walking along the rocky shoreline at Kanawha Falls. I couldn’t help to stop and gather it. From that moment, mosaics began to take over my life. Though I now prefer stained glass, I teach local workshops a few times a year. I also participate in several arts and craft shows throughout the state, and I maintain a website of all my work.
