I mainly work in 2D media, most specifically acrylic painting, but I also work with watercolor and oil. I’ve created mixed media art using spray paint, colored pencils, collage imagery, markers, and nontraditional materials like incense, food, and nail polish. I’ve worked with performance and installation art rooted in 4D Design.
Conceptually, I try to show inter-connectivity by pulling from multiple media. I take inspiration from music, poetry, history, counter-culture, film, religion, science, and spirituality.
I was born in Charleston and currently live in Hurricane, West Virginia. I am student at West Virginia Wesleyan College. In 2021, I will graduate with a B.F.A. in Art with a concentration in drawing and printmaking, and minors in psychology, religious studies, and creative writing.
