I support others to record and craft audio stories– by leading workshops that train and equip participants in audio storytelling, and also through all kinds of collaborations. Past work has included investigative public radio reporting, podcast storytelling, an app-based audio tour, and a range of other approaches to creative audio and writing.
Community radio storytelling trainer, sound artist, and investigative reporter. From Morgantown, now in Beckley, work for WMMT-fm / Appalshop.Started as a reporter, won awards for investigative coverage of black lung disease and coalfield drinking water issues.
