Biography
I am a West Virginia native since birth. I have lived all of my life in Glen Dale where I maintain my studio. I was raised in a family of artists, working in leather, clay, and mosaic practices. Betsy has been involved in art since childhood, and, in 1995, chose to follow the path of her childhood love of clay . I am both professionally and self trained . My works have been featured in Magazines , books and calendars worldwide. . My work has been in many respected exhibits in West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania and is also in numerous private and corporate collections as well as homes of collectors. My works are housed in the WV Arts permanent collection at The West Virginia Cultural Center in Charleston WV.
