Mermaid Lagoon was founded in 2016, when I decided to sell my one of kind items. I hand sculpt and paint anything from jewelry, ornaments, paintings to sculptures. I mostly do fantasy art and I love getting custom requests, it’s like collaborating with another artist. You paint the picture with words and I’ll bring it to life with clay.
Biography
I’m a mom of 3 (2 boys and a girl), and I married my best friend. I was born, raised, and still live in the heart of coal country in Southern West Virginia, Mingo County.
I believe crafting is a form of art, and I’ve been an artist my whole life. From sewing and jewelry making to drawing, painting, and sculpting, I do a bit of everything. But, sculpting is my favorite.
