About Jared Tadlock

Jared Tadlock is an artist and educator based out of Fairmont, West Virginia. With a background in commercial and landscape photography, Tadlock has created for brands on both a local and global scale. Paying homage to his street art roots, Jared strives to blend texture and color in fresh and inventive ways through traditional photography and mixed media pieces. Gathering inspiration from the road, he can often be found exploring the country alongside his wife and two dogs in their camper van.

Biography

I am a mixed media artist with a background in digital photography. My creative practice revolves around creating surrealist landscapes and imagery centered around the interaction of color and texture within a composition.

Most recently I have opened up Two/Two/Eight in Fairmont WV. It is a gallery and event space located in the heart of downtown. The intention of creating this space is to offer a venue and hub for the growing creative scene in NCWV and beyond.
