About Lindsay Emmite

I create colorful and whimsical images with watercolor, gouache and linocuts. Animals that are native to Appalachia have been an inspiration of my body of work as well as my personal journey with mental health and healing. I have spent the past few years developing my personal style which I like to think is called “dopamine art”. The intention is to create a sense of joy or emotion in my pieces. Some of my work includes serious undertones with environmental themes.
