I took up wood burning as a winter time hobby, l was looking for something I could do to relax and create simple gifts. I like to look for different kinds of wood to put a picture in, mother nature makes the best background. I think this kind of art is often over looked, there are many creative people doing this. You must like what you are doing, to enjoy the outcome.

Biography

I am a retired carpenter/brick Mason. I have worked with wood for many years, looking for beautiful pieces to wood burn on. Took up woodburning as a hobby to relax and clear my mind. Have been wood burning for over 45 years.
