About Chad Sine / Adrian Larry
Bixby Studios is a group of fine artists who specialize in creating custom art for a wide array of industries. Founded in 2010, Bixby Studios began working with themed attractions, museums, municipalities, theaters, art galleries, trade shows, and more. Their outdoor installation of the revered deity Goddess Cuba can be seen in the town center of Cuba, New York. Their life-sized depiction of Ted Cassidy from The Addams Family also inspired the annual Lurchfest festival in Phillipi, WV, and is now on display at the Barbour County Museum in Phillipi. In addition, their art has been showcased at Oglebay Institute’s Stifel Fine Arts Center in Wheeling, WV and also in Morgantown Magazine. Their other works include resin castings, custom props, restoration work, mold making, make-up artistry, prosthetic appliances, private commissions, and paintings.
Biography
Bixby Studios is a group of fine artists located in Morgantown, WV, who specialize in creating mixed-media custom art for a wide array of industries.
Chad Sine, a graduate of the Pittsburgh Art Institute, spent several years sharpening his skills during his tenure at LifeFormations in Ohio, where he skillfully crafted sculptures, paintings, custom molds, and life-like characters for museums, amusement parks, and customers all over the world. Sarah Sine holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Alfred University, with specializations in painting, hair design, and costuming. Chad and Sarah returned to West Virginia in 2010 and opened Bixby Studios.
In 2012, Bixby Studios teamed up with Adrian Larry. With over 25 years experience, Adrian honed his skills in Los Angeles and Orlando working on a diverse range of projects, ranging from large-scale theme parks, television productions, custom-built props for haunted houses, and countless special effects make-ups for domestic and international clients.
