About Mckenna Entsminger

My work is all about the joys of discovery. If you’ve
ever appreciated the oddities in an eye-spy book, flipped through a travel journal and wanted more, or discovered an old map and wanted to follow it, you’ll find something familiar here. My work is for kindred spirits who, like me, are driven by a deep longing for adventure.

Biography

I am an artist born in Beckley, West Virginia. My work aims to tell a story, inspired by Western art history from the Renaissance to the Pre-Raphaelites. From painting to graphic design, my work contains fantasy influences that might just inspire a viewers future voyage.

I graduated from Concord University in 2019 with a B. A. in psychology and a minor in studio art and immediately got a job as a graphic designer. This gave me the gumption to fully pursue a career in art and I returned to Concord for my B. A. in graphic design and studio art in 2021. Since then I have worked with many small businesses in West Virginia painting murals and doing graphic design work. In the future I would like to share my work with as many people as I can.
