About Jim Pajarillo
We are a community based and inspired arts organization with its roots in Mingo County. Our philosophy is to allow the populations of artists define their own community. We have organized networking events such as Open Mic and open invitation arts and cultural meetings to brainstorm strategies. At the same time we create events that are design events that promote the under represented artist.
Biography
I am already listed as an individual but I’d like to list the non-profit community arts organization The HeArt of West Virginia. The community work started over five years ago in the Williamson area and has included partnering with neighboring counties in events and initiatives to build the arts community.
