Biography

I am a graphic artist, but my path here was long and winding. After college, I spent almost twenty years working in a professional photo lab and working as a freelance photographer. After leaving the photo industry, I entered the classroom and taught Art at the elementary level. After a brief stint teaching, I changed direction again and began working as a graphic artist specializing in educational support materials – prints and posters to aid educators and students. My work now is primarily digital, but my work emulates traditional pen and ink drawing as well as cut and torn paper design.
